📷 Poses
💪 Strengths
- Delts — round, full, good cap shape from all angles
- Arms — good peak, decent thickness
- Chest thickness — real depth visible in side chest
- V-taper / frame width — reads wide from front, lats flare well
- Back width — solid in rear double bi
⚠️ Weak Points (Priority)
- Back thickness/detail — mid-back smooth, rhomboids/mid-lower traps need density. Erectors and Christmas tree will matter when lean.
- Upper chest — lower/mid carrying more mass, upper shelf could be fuller. More incline emphasis.
- Rear delt separation — blends into traps, doesn't pop as distinct caps. More face pulls, reverse flyes.
- Core — expected bulk softness at lower abs/love handles. Will clean up on cut.
🎯 Posing Notes
- Front double bi is the strongest pose
- Side chest: rotate torso more toward camera, push front pec up harder
- Rear lat spread: hands lower on hips, push lats out wider — reads compressed currently
🏋️ Training Implications
- Prioritize heavy rows, rack pulls for back thickness
- Incline press/fly emphasis for upper chest
- Dedicated rear delt work (already noted as needed)
- Calves still need adding to program (separate issue)
